The site already benefits from planning consent for a mix of residential and commercial units as well as a new public courtyard and footpath improvements. However, it has become apparent that there is no market for the majority of the commercial units in this location. This revised scheme is seeking to amend the proposals to keep one commercial unit fronting onto Duke Street with the rest delivered as both private and affordable homes.
